Join us as we transform Finance.
We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Transformation Director to lead the implementation of Workday Financials across a global organisation. This is a key role in an enterprise-wide transformation programme, with a focus on delivering best-in-class core financials and accounting capabilities while driving change across the full finance operating model.
As a qualified chartered accountant with deep transformation experience, you will bring strategic vision and hands-on leadership to ensure successful delivery of the programme and sustainable business outcomes.
What you’ll do:
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Workday Financials implementation, covering core financials and the accounting centre
• Define and drive the transformation strategy across the finance operating model, including R2R, S2P, O2C, FP&A, Tax, Treasury and Controls & Compliance
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programme alignment, governance, and execution
• Oversee global process design, harmonisation and adoption across functions, regions, and legal entities
• Manage programme risks, interdependencies, timelines and resources, ensuring delivery to scope and budget
• Lead the change management and business readiness agenda to embed new ways of working and realise long-term value
What you’ll bring:
• Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with substantial post-qualification experience
• A proven track record of delivering large-scale finance transformation programmes, ideally with Workday or other Tier 1 ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of finance operating models and end-to-end process design
• Recognised project and change management expertise (e.g. PRINCE2, APMG Change Management)
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in complex, global environments with cross-functional teams
